Carlee's entrepreneurial journey began with a passion for creativity and a desire to build something of her own. In 2020, she started working with vinyl through her small business, Salt N Sand Co., which ignited her love for the sign industry. Her passion for business and working with clients has been evident from a young age— at age 19, she had already earned her real estate license, an associate’s degree in business, while working as a barista, and growing her small business.

For Carlee, every project is an opportunity to make businesses stand out. She thrives on the diversity of clients and projects, knowing that there’s always a perfect sign to match each business. Whether it’s an LED storefront sign or vehicle lettering, her goal is to provide results that reflect her clients' vision, making them feel both professional and proud of their brand.
